چکیده

There is an ongoing search for novel protein sources suitable to replace soybean meal. The present study aimed investigate the utility of cold-pressed perilla seed meal broiler diets. Perilla was included at dietary levels 0, 4, and 8 %. In first experiment, apparent digestibility metabolisability nutrients were performed with 24 Cobb 500 broilers. second growth performance carcass quality investigated in 120 inclusion into diet iso-nitrogenous way increased feed intake nitrogen but decreased fat fiber as well energy. highest proportion enhanced performance. Carcass weight dressing percentage did not differ among groups. Proportions total retail cuts and, them, breast meat thighs, elevated by using meal, especially a level abdominal declined increasing conclusion, turned out be valuable source nutrition. It also showed that part could replaced without risking adverse effects on quality.
